My Halo Rewards Loyalty Program

Effective April 8, 2024, Halo will be discontinuing its My Halo Rewards Loyalty Program.  All Points will have an expiration date of May 24, 2024, and must be redeemed on paid orders processed before that date.  Any Points not redeemed within the specified timeframe will expire and be forfeited. No additional points will accrue after April 16, 2024. 

  1. Program Overview. Customers earn loyalty points ("Points") for every eligible purchase made on our Site.  Customers earn Points based on the total purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts or other promotional offers applied. The earning rate may vary based on promotions or special offers.
  1. Points Redemption. Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards or discounts as specified by Halo. Points must be redeemed prior to processing payment for orders. Points cannot be redeemed on past purchases.  The redemption options and associated Point values may vary and are subject to change at Halo’s discretion.
  1. No Cash Value. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent. Points cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
  1. Non-Transferable. Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, bartered, or otherwise transferred to another individual or account. Points are solely for the benefit of the Customer who earned them.
  1. Fraud and Abuse. Halo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's participation in the Program if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the Program or Points. Such actions may result in the forfeiture of accrued Points and termination of Program privileges.
  1. Modification or Termination. Halo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the My Halo Rewards Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of such changes, Halo will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers by posting such changes on the Site and by email to the Customer’s email address associated with the My Halo Rewards Loyalty Program.
