Happiness Guarantee Details
The Halo guarantee allows you to try any product with peace of mind, risk free. This guarantee covers the purchase price of all our Halo branded products for a full sixty days following the original purchase date, minus shipping and handling.
However, please be aware we are unable to accept returns for custom orders, special orders, or drop-shipped items from third party sellers. Fully used products and empty containers are not eligible for refunds.

Quick Steps to Process a Return
Please visit our returns portal to create a prepaid return label, or call our Happiness Advisors at 1-800-426-4256 for assistance.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once your returned product arrives at our warehouse and is processed, we will issue a credit to the same method of payment used during your purchase. For example, if you used your Visa card ending in 1234, your refund will be returned to your Visa card ending in 1234.
We want you to have a positive experience with your return and will process your refund as quickly as possible. The return process usually takes 3-10 business days to complete after the product arrives at our warehouse. Some credit card companies may take longer to process your refund. This timeframe is determined by your individual credit card company and is outside of our control.
I Don’t Have That Card Anymore, What Now?
If your original purchase method or credit card is unavailable for the refund, a paper check will be issued through the mail. Paper check refunds may take an additional thirty days to arrive in your mailbox.
What If My Order is Wrong?
If by some chance we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will re-ship your order at our expense with apologies and tail wags. We do our absolute best to insure order accuracy, but we’ll make up for it if we make a mistake.
I Want to Cancel My Order
Please note that once your order is shipped and leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel an order. We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If an order ships that you no longer want, you will need to follow the RMA process to return it to us once it arrives and receive a refund.
I Ordered Halo Online from Another Seller and Need to Return a Product
Any Halo order placed with Amazon, Walmart online, Chewy or other online vendors must be processed through the purchasing website, please. Each online vendor has their own return policies and processes. Please contact your seller for appropriate next steps to get your return processed.
