Happiness Guarantee Details

The Halo guarantee allows you to try any product with peace of mind, risk free. This guarantee covers the purchase price of all our Halo branded products for a full sixty days following the original purchase date, minus shipping and handling.

However, please be aware we are unable to accept returns for custom orders, special orders, or drop-shipped items from third party sellers. Fully used products and empty containers are not eligible for refunds.

Please read the information below to best process your return and get your purchase price returned to you as quickly as possible.

Steps to Process a Return

Please email our Happiness Advisors Team  or call us at 1-800-426-4256 (M-F 9 am to 5:30 pm EST) for assistance. 

When Will I Get My Refund?

We will issue a credit to the same method of payment used during your purchase. For example if you used your Visa card ending in 1234, your refund will be returned to your Visa card ending in 1234.

Some credit card companies may take longer to process your refund. This time frame is determined by your individual credit card company and is outside of our control.

What If My Order is Wrong?

If by some chance we have shipped you an incorrect product, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

I Want to Cancel My Order

Please note that once your order is shipped and leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel an order. We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If an order ships that you no longer want, please follow the RMA process to return it to us once it arrives and receive a refund.

I Ordered Halo Online from Another Seller and Need to Return a Product

Any order placed with Amazon, Chewy or other online vendors must be processed through the original purchasing website. Each online vendor has their own return policies and processes. Please contact that retailer for appropriate next steps to process your return. We recommend that you call the retailer instead of trying to process the refund online or via their app-- it seems to be a much easier process.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

All items purchased on are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
